Add gravity to the things that can be fast forwarded through.

While working on OggyBird?FlappyOgg tonight I realized two things.

  1. I am not good at Flappy Bird

  2. I do not really like playing Flappy Bird

I could probably playtest and develop fine with one or the other of these opinions but both? Nah. So anyway I implemented Fast Forward. I mean I also rearchitected the SpawnManager into it’s own thing which I quite like but the important part is we can go fast now.
